  • RecRoom comfortably seats up to 60 guests as is, but with furniture reconfiguration, we can accommodate up to 100. Reach out to tell us more about your event, or schedule a tour to see the space and talk through your options in person.

  • Entire space rentals are available weeknights after 6pm (1-hour minimum) and on weekends with flexible timing (2-hour minimum). All-day weekdays events might be possible at an additional cost - contact us and we’ll be in touch.

  • The entire space with the exception of any leased private offices. That includes the main gathering area, conference room, lounge, kitchenette, at least one private office, phone booth, 3 smart TVs, webcam, and Sonos speakers.

    If needed, 2 wireless mics, a speaker, and HDMI cables will be provided at no cost.

    An onsite staff member will also be with you during your reservation to make sure everything goes smoothly.

  • 1️⃣ Room reconfiguration (move main tables to create more open space/seating) - $75

    2️⃣ Folding chair setup & breakdown (up to 50 chairs) - $75

    3️⃣ Freshly brewed coffee & tea service (up to 35 guests) - $75

    FYI: Add-ons can be requested anytime up to 24 hours before your event.

  • Yes! You're welcome to bring your own food and beverages or have them catered or delivered. You'll have full use of our kitchenette, including plenty of counter space for serving, plus a refrigerator and microwave. We also offer freshly brewed coffee and tea service as an add-on.

    If you need any recs, we’re happy to share. Get in touch with your preferences and we’ll send you our faves!

  • We do! High-speed WiFi, 3 smart TVs, a pair of wireless microphones + speaker, a webcam in the conference room and Sonos speakers are included with your rental. If you need any HDMI cables to present, we have those too.

  • Use the (large!) lots at 1 Lackawanna Plaza (the front entrance, steps from RecRoom) or 227 Bloomfield Ave (Lackawanna Station’s rear entrance) . Download the HONK app or scan a QR code on-site to pay ($2.50/hr) and avoid a ticket. First 45 minutes are free! Street parking might also be available within walking distance.

    Full-time office renters will have the option to add on discounted parking at just $75/month. That pays for itself after just 30 hours - and you can use it anytime you’re downtown, not just when you’re at RecRoom.

  • Absolutely! Kids are welcome at RecRoom as long as they're supervised by an adult.

    This is a good place to note that the renter is responsible for any damage to the space, furniture, equipment, or belongings that occurs during their event. 😉

  • You can cancel your entire space booking up to 14 days prior for a full refund. Cancellations after this period are non-refundable.

  • Booking time must include prep + clear out time, so if you reserved RecRoom for 1pm, you can get in at…1pm.

    Similarly, if your reservations ends at 4pm, you’ll need to be out of the room with your belongings at…4pm.

    If you need additional time to prep or wrap up, please include it in your reservation or else additional charges may occur. Thanks!

  • Lackawanna Station is an ADA accessible building with no stairs to navigate. We have a single-room, non-gender-specific restroom inside RecRoom, and there are 2 more inside the station.

  • Yes! We offer discounts to members, students, non-profits, and those who schedule multiple bookings at once. Contact us with what you’re looking for and we’ll get right back to you.

  • We absolutely will! Share your event link, copy, and flyer & we’ll happily add it to our site, Lackawanna Station’s website, our Instagram, our newsletter & inside the space too! It might also get picked up on Lackawanna Station’s Instagram feed + Bagel Supreme’s Instagram feed, too! No extra charge.
