  • Not much! The layouts are slightly different, and I like to say that Office 1 is “the one without the egg chair” and Office 2 is “the one with the egg chair.”

  • Every booking includes high-speed WiFi, a large Post-It easel for brainstorming, 2 desks & ergonomic chairs, 1 monitor and complimentary coffee and tea. Up to 2 people can be in each office at a time.

  • Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own food (you can use our fridge and microwave, too), or grab something from inside our building or outside our door in downtown Montclair. We’re always happy to share our recs!

    And if you get food for delivery, our team will happily bring it to you when it arrives.

  • Use the (large!) lots at 1 Lackawanna Plaza (the front entrance, steps from RecRoom) or 227 Bloomfield Ave (Lackawanna Station’s rear entrance) . Download the HONK app or scan a QR code on-site to pay ($2.50/hr) and avoid a ticket. First 45 minutes are free! Street parking might also be available within walking distance.

    Full-time office renters don’t have to do any of that, because parking is included. Just give us your plate # and we’ll take care of the rest!

  • Hourly/daily rentals can cancel their room bookings up to 48 hours prior for a full refund. Cancellations after this period are non-refundable.

    Full-time renters that are on a month-to-month plan need to provide at least 14 days notice of termination before their next billing date. Annual commitments can only be cancelled early by the stipulations mentioned in the contract.

  • You'll receive a key to your private office, but access is limited to RecRoom's business hours (currently weekdays, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM). Your key unlocks your office - not the building's front entrance or RecRoom’s front door.

  • Lackawanna Station is an ADA accessible building with no stairs to navigate. We have a single-room, non-gender-specific restroom inside RecRoom, and there are 2 more inside the station.

  • Yes! We offer discounts to members, students, non-profits, and those who schedule multiple bookings at once. Contact us with what you’re looking for and we’ll get right back to you.
