  • 8 on ergonomic office chairs, up to 12 on our still-comfy-but-not-ergonomic chairs.

  • Every booking includes high-speed WiFi, a smart TV with wireless screen sharing and HDMI, webcam, a whiteboard, and complimentary coffee and tea.

  • Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own food (you can use our fridge and microwave, too), or grab something from inside our building or outside our door in downtown Montclair. We’re always happy to share our recs!

    And if you get food for delivery, our team will happily bring it to you when it arrives.

  • Use the (large!) lots at 1 Lackawanna Plaza (the front entrance, steps from RecRoom) or 227 Bloomfield Ave (Lackawanna Station’s rear entrance) . Download the HONK app or scan a QR code on-site to pay ($2.50/hr) and avoid a ticket. First 45 minutes are free! Street parking might also be available within walking distance.

  • RecRoom members can cancel their room bookings up to 24 hours prior for a full refund. Non-members need to give us 48 hours notice. Cancellations after this period are non-refundable.

  • Booking time must include prep + clear out time. For example, if your reservation is from 1-4pm, you’ll have access to the room at 1pm and need to be out with your belongings at 4pm. If you need additional time to prep or wrap up, please include it in your reservation. Thanks!

  • Because of weekends we have a 4-hour minimum for the conference room, to accommodate opening up and staffing the space when it’s otherwise closed. On weekdays there’s only a 1-hour minimum.

  • Lackawanna Station is an ADA accessible building with no stairs to navigate. We have a single-room, non-gender-specific restroom inside RecRoom, and there are 2 more inside the station.

  • Yes! We offer discounts to members, students, non-profits, and those who schedule multiple bookings at once. Contact us with what you’re looking for and we’ll get right back to you.
