Business as Usual by Made in Jersey: Creative Collective

  • Lackawanna Station 1 Lackawanna Plaza Montclair, NJ, 07042 United States (map)

Made in Jersey hosts a live panel on navigating business in complex times—balancing voice, values, strategy, and mental health tools.

Made in Jersey: Creative Collective is producing a live panel conversation exploring the emotional, ethical, and strategic realities of running a business in politically and socially complex times.

We’ll also feature local vendors and create opportunities to network with fellow attendees plus a space to receive real answers to the questions many entrepreneurs are quietly carrying.

Across social media and within creative communities, a shared tension has emerged:

How do you continue “business as usual” when the world feels heavy?
What happens to your brand when you speak up?
What happens to your soul when you don’t?

This event offers space for creatives, founders, and professionals to feel seen in that tension—while leaving with tangible frameworks, mental health tools, and business strategy.

This is not a debate.
This is a grounded, nuanced, psychologically informed conversation.
