🗓️ The Day at a Glance

10:00–10:20 AM | Coffee & Kickoff

Ease in with coffee and community vibes. Meet the experts and other job seekers, get the lay of the land, and set your intention for the day.

10:20–11:20 AM | LinkedIn Glow-Up Workshop with Juliana Londoño

Learn how to make your profile actually work for you — from headlines that pop to the kind of content and keywords that help you get found (and hired).

11:20 AM–12:00 PM | Career Coach Roundtable: “What’s Actually Working in Job Search Right Now”

A candid conversation with all coaches + audience Q&A. We’ll cover topics like:

  • What’s changed in hiring this year

  • Common mistakes job seekers don’t realize they’re making

  • How to stand out without being gimmicky

  • Real talk about layoffs and pivoting

12:00–12:45 PM | Breakout Roundtables: Round 1

Choose the session that’ll help you most:

  • Resume & Storytelling
How to clearly communicate what you do, why you’re good at it, and why you’re worth hiring.

  • Interview Skills
Live practice, scripts, frameworks, and ways to stay calm and compelling.

  • Career Direction + Pivot Planning
For job seekers unsure of their next move or exploring new industries.

  • Mental Health
Learn better ways to manage the stress, self-doubt, and emotional roller coaster of job searching.

12:45–1:30 PM | Lunch Break + Light Networking

Bring your lunch and eat in (we have a fridge + microwave for you) or hit up any number of nearby spots (we love Minia’s, Chashni Cafe, Sando & Tacoria - they’re all within a block away). Eat, meet, and mingle or recharge quietly.

1:30–2:15 PM | Breakout Roundtables: Round 2

Choose the table that’ll help you second-most: Resume & Storytelling, Interview Skills, Career Direction + Pivot Planning or Mental Health.

2:15-3:00 PM | Open Q&A

Ask anything: strategy, scripts, confidence, direction - no question is too general or specific.

3:00-3:45 PM | Work Sprint

This is where everything from the day “lands” and becomes real progress. We’ll set the background music while you do things like update your resume, rework your LinkedIn, or even apply for jobs!

3:30–4:00 PM | Wrap-Up

End the day with a clear action plan and some new cheerleaders in your corner.
