Wondering how AI could actually help your business? Bring us your questions.
Join Scott and Andrea Cote, co-founders of ClearGuide AI, for an informal, down-to-earth conversation about AI, automation, and what these tools can realistically do for your business.
No presentation. No technical background needed. And no sales pitch.
Instead, bring your questions or even better, bring a real challenge from your business. Maybe your team spends hours on repetitive paperwork, sorting through emails, entering the same information in multiple places, following up with customers, or handling a process you know could be more efficient.
We’ll talk through it together and explore where AI or automation could help, where it might not, and what practical AI can actually look like inside a business today.
Whether you’re already experimenting with AI, completely new to it, or simply wondering “Could AI make this part of my business easier?”—this conversation is for you.

Important info:
🗺️ Getting here: Put “Lackawanna Station” or the Montclair location of Popeye’s in the GPS to get to the correct entrance. Using “RecRoom” or “1 Lackawanna Plaza” will send you to a weird side entrance.
🚗 Parking: Use the lots at 1 Lackawanna Plaza (our front entrance) or 227 Bloomfield Ave (our rear entrance) . Download the HONK app or scan a QR code on-site to pay ($2.50/hr) and avoid a ticket. First 45 minutes are free.
♿️ Accessibility:Lackawanna Station is an ADA accessible building with no stairs to navigate. We have a single-room, non-gender-specific restroom inside RecRoom, and there are 2 more inside the station.
📍Once You’re Inside: We’re the first door on the right when you come into the main entrance at 1 Lackawanna Plaza.
