Our (New) Member Orientation is a casual, welcoming hour designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and connected here. We’ll walk through how the space, app, and community work, get your profile set up, and help you start making real connections right away.

No lectures, no pressure - just a warm welcome, a solid starting point, and kind people.
Important info:
✅ Check in: If you’re only coming for the orientation, there’s no need to use up a visit. But if you’ll be coming earlier or staying later, you’ll need to check in for the day.
🚗 Parking: Use the lots at 1 Lackawanna Plaza (our front entrance) or 227 Bloomfield Ave (our rear entrance) . Download the HONK app or scan a QR code on-site to pay ($2.50/hr) and avoid a ticket.
♿️ Accessibility: Lackawanna Station is an ADA accessible building with no stairs to navigate. We have a single-room, non-gender-specific restroom inside RecRoom, and there are 2 more inside the station.
📍Once You’re Inside: We’re the first door on the right when you come into the main entrance at 1 Lackawanna Plaza.
