10:00–10:45 AM – Functional strength training workout lead by Coach James that's joint-friendly and will leave you feeling sweaty and successful. Don't worry, all levels of fitness are welcome!
10:45–11:30 AM – Java Love coffee, connection & giveaway details ☕️
