😍 Get the vibe & see everywhere you can work at Lackawanna right here. 👀
Important info:
🚗 Parking: Use the lots at 1 Lackawanna Plaza (our front entrance) or 227 Bloomfield Ave (our rear entrance) . Download the HONK app or scan a QR code on-site to pay ($1.50/hr) and avoid a ticket.
👋 When you arrive: Sign in at the tables in The Big Room (the one with all the murals—you can’t miss it!). Then grab a seat anywhere you’d like. First time here? Michelle, RecRoom’s Co-Founder & General Manager, will be happy to show you around and answer any questions.
💻 Wi-Fi: Connect to the Lackawanna Station Public, enter your email address, and you’ll be set all day.
🔌 Power: The only place to plug in at Lackawanna is in The Big Room, and they’re not near tables. Want to sit next to one? Just ask - we’ll be happy to move a bistro table or high top over depending on your preference. (Don’t worry: RecRoom will have plenty of outlets when we open.)
😎 Heat & A/C: Lackawanna is air-conditioned, but it can get warm - especially under the skylights. The coolest spots are in The Big Room, near the bar, or at the front tables by The Little Shops.
🎶 Music: Yes, there’s background music, but it’s usually not disruptive. I've even taken a conference call without headphones with no complaints on the other end. That said, make sure your wireless headphones are charged just in case. 😉
🍔 Food & Drink: You'll find Burgers Donuts Potatoes & Little Bear Poké inside Lackawanna & the food trucks parked in our back lot. Boozie’s Mini Bar opens at 4pm with alcoholic and n/a options. Coffee coming soon, but for now please visit our friend Minia’s across the street for your caffeine fix.
