Big news, Montclair: we’ve finally got the mic.

CreativeMornings - the largest face-to-face creative community in the world - is officially coming to New Jersey for the first time ever, and it’s happening right here at Lackawanna Station, powered by RecRoom. 🙌

With over 250 chapters in 70+ countries, CreativeMornings brings creative folks together once a month for a free breakfast lecture series featuring a local speaker, a global theme, and a whole lot of caffeine-fueled inspiration.

And now? Montclair joins the global map as NJ’s first and only chapter, and we’re thrilled to be leading the charge.

🌅 So….what is CreativeMornings?

Every month, CreativeMornings chapters around the world gather their local creative communities - artists, entrepreneurs, musicians, writers, designers, side-hustlers, and anyone in between - to share ideas, connect IRL, and get inspired.

There’s always a monthly theme, a local speaker, and free coffee. What’s not to love?

🤔 Why Montclair?

Because this town (and all of northern NJ) is overflowing with creative talent.

We’ve got festivals for everything — film, jazz, books, theater. We’ve got award-winning actors, bestselling authors, musicians, artists, and multi-hyphenates all living on the same tree-lined streets and in our surrounding towns.

What we don’t have? A consistent, centralized, welcoming space to bring all these creative humans together. No gatekeeping, no industry cliques, no long train ride into the city…just good, likeminded humans coming together to meet, exchange ideas, and get inspired.
