My right clients are the people who feel that inner nudge that something’s shifting and they can’t ignore it anymore. But the most important thing is this: they don’t need me. Their healing already lives inside them.
I walk beside them, not in front. I’m a vessel, a mirror, a guide. They know they’re ready when they stop wanting surface-level solutions and start craving honesty, clarity, and room to breathe again.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give someone who’s recovering from a toxic job or boss?

Let yourself emotionally detox. Taking your body and mind out of the situation doesn’t mean the impact disappears overnight. Give yourself time. Let your nervous system recalibrate. Your healing isn’t on a deadline.

What’s your go-to self-care ritual?

Lying in bed with a heated eye mask and listening to my favorite music. It grounds me instantly and closes out the day in the most soothing way.

What song, mantra, or quote always brings you back to center?

“Nothing is anything until it becomes something, and then it becomes everything.” It reminds me that small shifts can open entirely new chapters.

What’s something exciting happening at Enlightened Path Healing that the RecRoom community should know about?

I offer a combined Reiki and Akashic Records session, and people have really connected with it. Reiki works with the energy in and around the body, while the Akashic Records offer insight into the emotional and spiritual patterns you’re working through. Together, they give you clarity on what’s shifting and what’s ready to heal, without forcing anything.
