We welcome you to take an art break with us at RecRoom on Thursday, February 12!
From 11:30am - 1:30pm, Vicky Winkler of Wildly Creative Wellness will be our resident proponent of stress release through doodling! Vicky will bring all sorts of fun art supplies, and will guide you through intuitive art-making as a self-care practice. Come when you can, leave when you need - studies have shown that even just 15 minutes of art-making can lower cortisol levels, leaving you feeling freer, happier, and more ready to take on the world.
Vicky is so confident that you’re going to love it, that she’s offered to introduce this practice of art journaling and therapeutic art for free! So do stop in on Thursday, February 12th (AKA Vicky’s birthday!) to feel the soothing effects of art-making in the middle of your day.
